HODLTalk is a community discussion forum and information platform focused on cryptocurrency and blockchain topics. The Service includes forum posts, user profiles, community chat, token metrics, and related features. HODLTalk does not provide financial advice, investment services, or brokerage services.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password credentials or through third-party authentication providers (Google, X/Twitter). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share or transfer your account to others

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on HODLTalk. By posting content, you grant HODLTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the Service. You agree not to post content that:

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to manipulate markets, promote pump-and-dump schemes, engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, scrape or harvest user data, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

6. Not Financial Advice

All content on HODLTalk, including forum posts, token metrics, price data, and community discussions, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Always do your own research (DYOR). Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, and you may lose your entire investment.

7. HODL Tokens

HODLTalk may issue community reward tokens ("HODL tokens") for platform participation. These tokens are community engagement rewards with no guaranteed monetary value. HODLTalk makes no promises regarding the value, utility, or tradability of these tokens.

8. Third-Party Services

HODLTalk integrates with third-party services including Google and X/Twitter for authentication, and may display data from external APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party authentication is also subject to those providers' terms of service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HODLTalk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Service.
